How We Started
Life Unbound was created from a genuine passion for supporting people in a way that feels real, flexible, and meaningful.
After working closely within the disability support space, we saw that too often support could feel structured, clinical, and disconnected from everyday life.
We wanted to create something different — a service built around people, not just programs.
Life Unbound was designed to give individuals the opportunity to get out into the community, try new experiences, and live life in a way that feels natural and fulfilling.
At its core, it’s about removing limitations and creating support that truly fits the person.

Fin Bursill
Founder and Director
Our Director and Founder, Fin, holds a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education from the University of Wollongong, along with a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability & Aged Care).
With over six years of experience in the support and care industry, Fin has worked closely with individuals across a range of settings, developing a strong understanding of how to deliver support that is both practical and genuinely meaningful.
He is passionate about creating opportunities for people to build independence, connect with their community, and experience more of what life has to offer — values that sit at the core of Life Unbound.
